I would be lying if I said that I love the way this card turned out. To be honest, I am less than thrilled with it. I was trying to do something with the negative cut of the egg that I had in my scrap pile from when I made the Thumper card, but I think I started suffering from the not knowing when enough is enough syndrome! I kept adding trying to make it look better when all I think ended up happening was a flop!
"Hoppy Easter" was cut at 3 1/2" from the Celebrate With Flourish Cricut Lite cartridge. I used all scrap paper for this cut. I layered a line of crystal Stickles on top to give it some bling to go along with the Easter egg. The negative cut of the Easter egg is on Core'dinations paper with different shades of Stickles added for the egg and grass decorations. The background patterned paper is DCVW and the ribbon is Offray.

We are enjoying our time with Jim home! Yesterday was a stay in our pajama's day! We've been watching a lot of movies, reading a lot of books and playing a lot of games...just loving our family time! The weather hasn't been too cooperative for park or zoo time. Might go bowling within the next couple days and then off to the IMAX theater on Friday for the release of Born Wild in 3D! Cannot wait to see this! Hope you are all having a great start to your week!
